Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume of the package, and the destination.

Order Tracking

Receiving Goods: Inspection Procedures
Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify:

That the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered.
In the event of visible damage to the packaging, you must write "ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt, specifying the reason (e.g., "damaged box" or "tampered adhesive tape"). Without such a reservation, it will not be possible to proceed with claims for damages incurred during transport.
